APS G35 TT video (UPDATED: new videos added)

Just a quick video here :

http://videos.streetfire.net/video/8534129F-8301-475D-BF9D-6715F38D0014.htm
APS TT, APS TD exhaust, Labree testpipes.

I can not hook this thing up before 3rd gear, no matter what. I'm actually looking for rims and tires.

Let me know what you think.

Later,

Sounds awesome. Get some 10.5" wheels and run 295 in back. That should solve your traction problem.

Paul, How do you like the APS exhaust with Labree test pipes? Is there any rasp at any rpms? Once I begin my build, I want to add a new exhaust as well. I'm just not happy with the sound of my Nismo and APS test pipes and figured I should also go for better flow.

Oh and here's a few 18x10.5s or wider

hmm weird, that actually looks very similar to my vortech curve except mine doesn't have as many hills and valleys and is more even

shouldn't the APS TT be making a LOT more tq at around 4k? Was the midrange tq purposely taken out with timing?

Was the boost graphed out?

Thumbs up I found Jesus - he was living under the hood of Madelinot's car

Okay, so I'm coming home the other day and spy another black G35 6MT on the highway. Pull up along side the guy, give him the thumbs up, he waves back, then boom - tires smoke and he is like 3 car lengths ahead of me. Since we are doing 125Km/h (around 75mph) I think...."hmmm....that's not normal".

So in the end, we get off at the same exit, and I pull up along side and ask the obvious question "You got the Twin Turbo?" To which the driver responds with a huge grin and a slow nodd. Anyway, we go for lunch, and he takes me for a spin in this thing and I gotta say it is the fastest car I have ever been in. I have been in Ferrari's, 911's etc...and nothing compares to this beast. I had a look at his install and it looks fantastically clean and the car drives awesome.

Just thought I should share since my car seems soooo inadequate - much like driving a 98 corolla after being in that thing.

Haha, yeah thanks! It was really nice meeting you. And it was a pleasure having lunch and gave you a ride. I hope we'll have a chance to meet again. Thanks for the sub.

No rasps whatsoever. At cruising speeds, there is almost no difference with stock. But at WOT, it really screams. I really like it. But it smells a bit, which my wife hates.

Ok, I'm seriously thinking of getting the APS 3" exhaust once (if ever ) I begin my motor build. I'm thinking it shouldn't be too loud with my 2.5" down pipes.
