Great review.

Everyone wondering why people buy the Stillen kit despite the lower numbers should read your review.

Thanks!

MIKEY LIKEY!!!

Glad to hear youre liking it man. Im not a Stillen guy but agree that roots blowers are by far the most trustworthy. But the belt problem does suck. I know Scott just laughes at it like he did at Pahrump when he snapped one.

Awesome write up though now Im not so embarrassed they you saw how slow my car was with the ATI on the track.

Hey Ill be up in LV for like 10 days dont know if Im gonna bring my car but maybe we can meet up grabe some drinks or something.

Your car was no slouch with that ATI, I was impressed. I will PM you my cell # for when you come to town. I am always down for getting some food and drink. You will be here for a weekend too, so hopefully there is something fun going on during the day that you can tag along too.

Yes, the belt was just one of the sucky aspects of that (unforgettable) Pahrump/ Vegas trip. One SC belt, two windshields, a broken phone, two trashed tires, and a ticket on the way there to top it all off.....Lots of fun

great write up...especiaaly since u have experience w/ both TT & SC. i'm in the same boat as u as i use the my car to go see clients...who are on the more conservative type. i always thought SCs were louder than TT due to the whining noises...is that true? or was JWT louder?

No the Stillen is way louder when you get on it, but if you keep a light foot when clients are in the car, they won't be able to tell. The same goes for the TTs. As long as you keep them out of boost, there is no noise. When you hit boost on the Stillen the whine starts, although not very loud under light throttle. When you hit boost on the TT, the BOV goes off when you let off the gas.

They got a ticket on the way up not really speeding just making a pass on cars holding up traffic.

2 of their cars got busting windshields from rocks on the road....

Had warn slicks and the monster power and amazing driving skills with managed to disintegrate 2 sets of track tires. Something about about 600hp and warm weather on rubber just doesnt work.

Isn't that JWT TT doesn't have a BOV? That's one of the thing I didn't like about the kit (At least that what Performance Motorsports told me)

Wait, I am confused.... Scott owns a Stillen G35. Thats what he broke the belt on and also ruined two tires. Mike, also from VRT, ruined a Hoosier on his 760whp G35.

AthenG - The JWT kit uses a bypass valve instead of a BOV. If sound is what you are worried about, you can still hear it just fine.

Damn that sucks donkey!! Just when i thought i made up my mind to go w/ the Stillen. My wife already hates the noise from the stillen catback so dont think she'll tolearate alot more noise@#! prob best bet is to sit in one and see the difference. so overall the TT will be more quiet?
