I wouldn't be surprised to see the G sedan come out with the same 7-speed DSG transmission from the upcoming GTR.
But most likely we'll see a 6-speed; And it won't be till 2009. If they put out the updated transmission only a year afterwards, they're gonna make a few current owners upset.
The 5-speed auto is a winner; all Nissan/Infniti has to do to update it is add another OD gear for better fuel economy.
