Is our G's becoming to common?

I've had my G for about two months now and don't get me wrong I love my ride. Before I got it I've lurked on this forum for about a yr and you guys a part of the reason why I bought it. I've wanted this car for the longest time, but, had to be patient and save for the right time to buy it. Now that I have it, whats starting to get on my nerves is that I'm starting to see it everywhere I turn! I mean just yesterday on my way home just before I got on the highway a black G pulled right next to me. On the highway I saw the the same IP coupe driving by me, the when I got off on my exit I saw another silver one next to me at the light, and last but not least when I went to the gym there was a red one in the parking lot! Four G's in one day...Damn! I don't know about you; but, it seems like they are becoming the next honda accord and it's starting to make feel I should've waited to get the 07. I can always look at it this way...each time I see a G like mine, it's more motivation for me to mod it to make it look different. How do you guys fell about this? Is it just me that feels this way?

Everytime you buy a car - you always begin to see them everywhere - you are just now more aware of them because you now have one.

AND YES - they are that popular.

Nope, you're not the only only one. When I first got mine in '04, I'd be excited to get the rare chance to see another G on the sw side of Chicago. Now they have become almost as common as the riced out civics in the area

unless you own a very exotic car almost any car you own will be fairly common. In my town a $90,000 porsche 997 is pretty much as common as seeing a civic. The G is a nice car thats why so many people own them.

^+1. I live in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, which is a pretty good size metropolitan area, but we have nowhere near the number of G35's in this area that you guys in Cali seem to have. I think Infiniti must have more dealerships and/or inventory out there, because they still seem pretty rare out here.

People say you shouldn't buy the first year of a new model, but the one advantage is that it's a good while before you start seeing other cars like yours. I bought my 03 Coupe early in the model year and I got more looks and compliments than I've gotten in the three years since.

That's is why every car i owned I Mod it, at least put some wheels and Body Kit is a must. After you put some Body Kit, you'll be at least 98% Different than any G or any Cars out there. Unless you're buying an exotic car then making it stand out is a must for Car enthusiast.

Heck Imagine seeing your old G riding past you!

I sold my 04 through one of my buddies who owns a high end dealership in the next city. Well what are the chances that the girl who purchased the car live Freakin less than 3 miles from me!

I sold the car Blk/Blk/Blk Dpe's still on it. She's using the car as a damn billboard for her business...sh*t written all over the rear glass!
