I was leaving Langley AFB in Hampton, VA last night and saw a caribbean blue coupe just off base. The car had some pretty sick body mods including a vented hood, aftermarket rims and Skyline rebadging. Just wanted to see if anybody knows the guy, if he lives here, etc.
