It is a TSB and I had mine fixed too. It took me twice to take it in there and convince them. The first time they tried tightening all possible bolts - like there was something loose. The 2nd time I printed out the TSB and brought it in. They inspected it. THEN they had to order parts and call me to arrange for another appointment to get the replacement parts installed. If they are a decent dealer, they should acknowledge the TSB. Hell, Infiniti is paying them for their time as far as I know!!?

just to make sure the clicking caused by that TSB is one thing.... there's another source of clicking caused by rear driver strut.... Some people
said the rear chasis need to be reposition ... or something like this
