You should try to remember any conversations she's had with you or any of her girlfriends about stuff she'd love to have but couldn't justify. Hopefully you've been paying attention while she's been window shopping or flipping though a magazine.
If she's a girlie-girl, you can't go wrong with a day at a spa.

Honestly... I think you should think about the psychology behind gifts. Any girl worth being with won't be happy or sad because you get her something cheap or expensive... it's all about the thought you put in. Any girl worth having will appreciate thought, above all. But that said, you gotta realize that it's all about expectations-- if you keep beating the previous year in terms of price, you'll spend more money every year and she'll always be expecting more.
I think you should do something that shows you put thought into it... but get something smaller/cheaper. Then the next year you can go bigger... my point is just that you don't want your girl always thinking she's gonna get something more expensive, then she gets spoiled. If you mix it up, she'll learn to appreciate anything you get her, and big/expensive items will be more of a surprise, and she'll cherish that more than she would if she expects it to be bigger/better every year. Good luck!

Do you guys like traveling? What about a cruise? Or a Hawiian trip? Last year I gave my wife a trip to Italy with me of course. This year well we went car shopping and I got her this, actually we just got it last weekend.
