i love to roll up my windows and watch people's reactions at lights. Elderly people in particular seem to be mezmerised by my brembos, ... they stare and have a look, lol

Then this was the conversation after that pic was sent to guido:

Guido--
thanks--yep, those are the fenders I need for the car in the chop shop

Person who took pic--So I get 100 bucks for finding this G, right.

Guido-- if the car gets in my garage with no resistance, yes

Person who took pic
--so what other car you need me to locate

Always get people drooling over my car whether parked, driving, or gassing up.

I remember back when the G35 coupe wasn't so common(especially down here in NC) back in 2003 when I got it, people always came up to me with questions where ever I went, It was an awesome feeling! Then slowly more and more and more coupes began to sell....and now i just blend in with the pack I need more mods to stand out i suppose.

I live down in Southern FL more specifically Key West. There are not a whole lot of G's down there (nearest Infiniti Dealer is in Miami three hours away). I have seen maybe 5 total counting mine. Out of those I have seen one other Coupe. I also took a long road trip back home to NY and saw quite a few of them, but not as much as I figured I would.

Staring.....Lookin.....fingerprints

Prior to my G I drove a '92 300 ZX TT with exhaust
rims 5 speed etc and got loads of attention. After I
sold it I was worried I couldn't find another that
would draw that much attention. I was wrong,
no matter where I go people gawk at my G unless
it's another G owner and they just don't look. I can't
figure that one out.........? I see another G and I'm
looking big time.....but that's me!!

Oh--they look. They just don't want to look so much as to have you draw the conclusion that they think your G is better.

I get lots of rubberneckers and people staring at my car as it rolls through parking lots. It seems like middleaged men and teenage boys are most drawn to the car. I've gotten quite a few compliments while fueling up or from friends of the family. It actually surprises me so many people stare at the car because mine is just about stock on the outside. The only differences are tinted windows, black out handles and grille, clear corners, and the mild drop. If anything, I think it's the color black that draws people. I keep my car clean and the black is like a mirror. The car has a menacing elegance to it. My wife is always like "man those guys are really staring at your car hard." I just think to myself, wait till i get some clean 18s, Aero bumper, and paint the lower sills

IMO, the G has a very clean, aggressive, elegant, and timeless look. Nothing out right now looks like it. It's well proportioned and the low long hood really sets it off.

You know what I want to know, how come when I used to have my porsche and someone in a porsche drove by we would wave at eachother. when I had my STi and someone else in a subaru drove by they would wave to me (I only waved to STi's) but now that I have a G nobody else with a G ever waves, they like ignore you pretty much. What is it? that most people with this car are to uppety to be nice to someone else who has the same?? or is it cause I am fairly young and they have disgust for me?? lol.

I often have people looking over, pointing, and so forth. Maybe they are pointing to the nerdy dude driving but hey who knows -shrug- haha.
