now im just taking a guess on this but, im pretty sure he has the VDC on and is trying to figure out why he cant burn out....

the vdc was off, and he was trying to do a burn out while standing still which is not possible with autos unless u pull the ABS brake fuse off.
Autos being fast of the line than manual? Nahhh

I'd have to say most time autos are quicker off the line when you're talking about G/Zs. I can pull 2.1 60 foots with my eyes closed in this thing and I think 2.0s will be possible this Fall in some cooler air. Most 6MT drivers are stuck in the 2.2s or higher just because it's a bit harder to modulate the traction. Now once the you add some DRs or slicks, the 6MT will be much quicker off the line. That's no joke. A 6MT should be good for ATLEAST 1.7 60 foots.

As for this video, i can't figure out what Mr. Numb Nuts is doing. While I've never attempted a burnout in my G35, I do mash the gas fully and hold the brake to get a solid launch and I've never had the car roll forward like this guy did. The brakes always seem to hold.
