Hey Jason glad you are ok...too bad for the Z. I actually called the shop today to see if you still had those used Eibach springs you had mentioned and they gave me your cell...then i stumbled upon this post and realized that is the last thing you want to deal with now. PM me at your convenience.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn J, when we break stuff, you do it right! Glad ur ok! Everything else can be fixed or replaced, but your sorry ****....well....now that I think about it.....hmmm nevermind. JK LOL

Anyway, I think the Z is just giving you a string of bad luck thaz all. Here are my thoughts, if the Z gets totalled, buy it back from Insurance company cheap and build a full track car. Throw it up on PINKS to get some publicity for the shop! You can write everything off as an advertising expense! Get all your suppliers to sponsor you, decal the crap out of the car, and for very little out of pocket, everyone is happy.

Okay, I have awoken from fantasy land! Look at it as a chance to build a new beast! This time, get a better ALARM!!!

Same thing happened to me in my first car, an '85 Cutlass. No cupholders. I was sitting at a light with a McDonalds large orange drink cradled in my lap between my legs. Light turns green—it spills all over my lap. I look down briefly to assess the spill...then I look up— traffic is coming to a stop (on a green no less)! I jam on the brake pedal. Wet foot slips off right side of brake pedal and onto the accelerator. VROOOOMMMM—BAM! Rear ended a guy.
