I wrote them an email asking about warrenty and return policy. This is their reply:
Dear Mr. Bridwell:

Thank you for your interest in our products.

In answer to your concerns:

1. The D2S Bulbs also have a 1 year warranty.

2. The return policy is a defect-exchange policy. In the unlikely event your
product is defective, send it in, and a brand new replacement will be sent
to you in exchange.

3. Our prices change periodically but mainly we are low because we do a lot
of volume.

my friend sells HID kits, For the D2S bulbs only cost $95 a pare. Very good qulity, all my friends buy from him.
