Tiptronic Coupe
Tiptronic Coupe
Hey guys, i'm new here and i'm from New Zealand!
Currently I drive this

1998 ER34, 25GT
I love it, but it's time for a change and upgrade to a new Skyline
I'm a JP importer, so i'll be importing a V35 Skyline from Japan myself
There's only 4-5 V35's in NZ at the moment (2 of which my dad imported)
Since it's hard to find manual V35's, i'm probly gona buy a tiptronic/AT one, can anyone with a tiptronic one give me a review/opinion on what you think of them?
Cheers!

quoting a friend of mine...he is into imports...said in an article in import tuner. manuals are quicker off the line...but after 2nd..tip is faster...since you can mis shift and the shifts are smoother...thats what he said....i believe him since ive beaten stock to stock a 6mt vs my 5at
g35pinoy, im probably going to have my grille up for sale in a month or so. you still interested?
oh yeh, lol sorry to steal the thread..
btw, 6mt will be faster then 5at (stock vs stock) as long as the 6mt knows how to shift
but i love my 5at and i use tiptronic all the time. there is a bit of a lag in response time but youll learn to get used to it and shift earlier to compensate for the lag time
