Talk about a waste of money....
Dont get me wrong, I love me some Ducs and some Agustas, but your talking about $18k for a Duc and $23ish for an Agusta. A new ZX6R is just about as fast as a ducati, not to mention they cost about 9 grand less.... Plus, think about the price of maintenence...

i would go for the 2008 coupe myself, but wouldnt an 05 stillen superchaged be a lot faster then a stock 08 coupe.
I initially voted for stillen, but i thought you had a 6MT. I take it back, and I think you should get a 2008 coupe. you're gonna want manual with all that power in ur 05AT after stage 3. Call me a p***y but bikes are just way too dangerous, especially the bikes you guys are talking about.
life's too short man, at least in a car, you have some better chances of surviving from accidents, JUST in case it ever happens. I'm sure you'll ride that bike like there's no tomorrow, so i think you should give it some thoughts. First of all, don't get me wrong, I do NOT in any way ever want to die in any kind of "accidents", but at one point in my short lifetime so far, I did think that it was ok if it was doing something that I really loved and had a passion for, deep in my heart. But then I realized, what about my family? I've seen people go so early in their age riding bikes (and cars), and seen their families. I'm sure you have as well. Not to lecture you or anything, but just do something you won't regret later.. that's all.
None of those options are anywhere near "cheap", financially speaking, think think think, and do what your heart tells you. Honestly, I don't think anyone's opinion really matters to you. You probably made up your mind already, and just want to "see" what other people might do, which probably won't affect your decision anyways.
It's past 3AM here, and I'm tired as hell, i don't even remember half the stuff i wrote.. hope it made sense lol but i'll shut up now
Whatever you decide on, be safe! (Everyone else too of course.) Good luck

If you buy the 08 Coupe and something changes a little in 2010, then you will want the 2010 coupe, then if it completely changes in 2012, you will want that one and so on.
Why don't you just enjoy what you have now and appreciate it for what it is. Unless you plan on spending some serious cash then the G is not going to be one of the fastest cars on the road.
I say keep the G and get a bike. I rode for five years but sold my last bike a little over a year ago. I miss riding. I plan on getting another R1 when I finish modding my G to my specs.

look at it this way. You can only go so fast in either the car or a bike on the streets. You can still have a hell of a lot of fun in 05 G, and when you really want to go fast, you can take the G to the track.
You'll have money left for the Kawi (theyre probly the fastest 600 out. I have the 06 R6 and the Kaw is a little faster coming out of corners) and you can take that to the track too!
Just think, you coluld do a Sat track day in the G, stay the night and do a Sunday track day on the Kawi.
in anycase. you probably won't every use all of the power either car or bike has, so just run em both as hard as you can.

I have an 06 5 AT and a yfz450 mx ready (atv). There is nothing like going to the track on Sat. for some MX and then cruising Sat night in your G. Best of both worlds!!! There will always be a latest and greatest and unless money is not a concern you have to eventually settle down and be greatful for what you have earned. Think about this, the 08 will be the first of its model, that translates to problems and recalls, then people will tell you how you should have waited for the 09 and the cycle never ends...... Be safe and if you really like the kawi get it.
Get the bike.
I would say it is almost as good as having a nice weekend/track ***** around. There is almost no other form of transportation that lets you get so involved in the driving/riding experience as a well balanced bike.
Just don't be one of those tossers red-lining up and down the street without a helmet and wearing flip flops. Sure, there's the whole "you look retarded" thing, but we also don't want you to die.
