Thanks for the vid. Has anyone bought/seen the Hooked on Driving DVD yet? It says there's a G35 supercharged coupe in there

That's going to be nice to have for the search archives.

I have to be carefull choosing shoes when I own a MT Japanese import. Nothing big or clunky, as my feet are already pretty wide. But they do help. I know pedal placement on my G is different than on the car in the vid, but even in minimal-soled work/dress shoes it's a lot more simple for me than that.

The downside is that I also have to be sure my foot is square over the brake pedal (normal braking) or I'll catch the throttle. Likewise, work boots or any bulky shoes with thick soles and lugs (Sketchers, Docs, etc.) are out of the question.

Dunno if they help, but at least they are good looking shoes. Unlike those M.J. sneakers, they are butt ugly.

Yeeessssss! Can't say enough about a good set of shoes for feel, and the ability to heel and toe.

i usually drive with my chucks... but with running shoes, they're soooo comfy!
dont they have pumas that look like those? they look like driving shoes too... let me check..... 2 mins later:
