After the supercharger I took mine on the road and got 410 out of it.
It is doable.

I've had my 06 6mt coupe for about 2 months now, and here's my MPG break down for each tank I put in:
16.6
16.8
20.8 (long distance Austin->Houston->Austin)
15.5
I mostly drive in traffic, ~20 miles to and from work everyday. Not bumper-to-bumper, but definitely less than 55mph.

I've been averaging about 22-23MPG throughout the time I've owned my car.
Worst: 19.XX MPG
Best: 23.XX MPG
But on avg. based on my observation: 22MPG
Oh, I also drive about 80% freeway, 20% city
05 G35 Coupe 6MT with the Aero package (if it does anything

6MT Coupe
Mixed city/hwy 18-23 mpg with a heavy foot too.
When I do the Nor Cal to So Cali - SF Valley run, 75-90 mph, approx 385 miles, I still have about an 1/8 tank left. Can't complain.

Best I've ever done is about 410 on a tank. Worst about 350. But I do about 70% HWY. The winter reformulated (ethanol) gas has the biggest impact since it has less heat energy to push the pistons down. Expect 1-2 MPG less with that stuff.
