If you're willing to come to NJ for servicing, go to Ray Catena in BW. Whenever I get an oil change they provide a loaner. Never had any issues with them. Just call for an appt., and they ask if you need a loaner, say yes and you're all set.

i've only had 1 dealing w/ ray catena back when i bought my 03, and i absolutely hated it. i don't really wanna get into it, but i gladly bring my business to other nj dealerships.

if i'm not mistaken, the infiniti warranty is what dictates if you have a loaner available or not. the website says *repairs*, so for an oil change i suppose that's up to your service writer.

I asked the service manager at park ave infiniti about the warranty if i changed my own oil. he said that it's easy to tell if a car has been getting regular oil changes and not to worry, but to keep my receipts for the oil i've bought.

I tried to buy my G through ray catena. A REAL BUNCH OF JERKS. I delt with some foreigner there who acted like they were to high class for me. Really not willing to negotiate price at all. Basically told me it is what it is. I left really angry.
The next day I drove to Flemington Infiniti, where the sales team was unbelievable. I told the guy what I was willing to spend, he told me no matter what, he would get me in the car by the end of the day. And he did, for about 2 dollars more a month then what i wanted to spend. EXCELLENT SERVICE!.
The next day, the salesman from Ray Catena called me back to reinforce the fact that he couldnt make any better deal. I delightfully told him that it was ok because I just picked up the G from Flemington. Needless to say he was real quick to hang up the phone.
Since I live right around the corner from Catena, I'm happy to bring my g their for all warranty work. I love the fact that they have to perform service on a car they werent willing to sell me.
I will say this though, their warranty service deptartment has been helpful, and it's always been a good expierence dealing with them in that aspect.

Did you buy your car from Ray Catena in Bridgewater? I didn't get my car from them, but wondering if they would provide me a loaner if I were to bring my car there.

I think I dealt wit the same guy as you the first time I went to ray catena. I figured he was giving me a hard time because I was young so the next day I walked in and bought the car from another salesman. Other than that I've had nothing but good experience wit ray catena. Flemington's also a great dealer. I bought my BMW from them and they were nothing but helpful.
