I'm doin it little by little. seats are getting changed anyway to recaro, and steering wheel is gonna get changed as well. So I want the emblems before they are no longer available.

Whats kurtis' handle so I can hit him up.

It's cool as long as your whole exterior is rebadged. I don't think the interior matters, we know he's not really trying to be a skyline.

^^ what do you care if someone "downgrades" their Infiniti to a Nissan. It's not about that, it's about the legendary Skyline. And if you think it looks sooo bad and stupid, wouldn't your car just look better next to his? He asked if you know where to get the badges, not if you like them on HIS car.

Hey filanj, I'm usually pretty cool with the stuff you post on this board and think you're a worthwhile contributor. But, I gotta say that you're talking out your @$$ here. Dude, YOU'RE DRIVING A REBADGED NISSAN. The Infiniti moniker exists in the U.S. and a couple of select countries in order to satisy a demographic which market research indicates will pay more for a status-oriented product line. It's the same car man. Why hate?

Thanks K67p67. If you reread my OP, I said if he wants to do it, do it correctly and change EVERYTHING. Maybe I just don't understand why someone would want to pay more for a status-oriented product line, and then go and spend even more money to undermine its very logic. If he loves Skylines so much, than why not import a real Nissan Skyline coupe instead.

stuff like that and you lose respect from many on these boards. i'd love to see the portfolio of a 19 yr old anyway

I'm sure it's cheaper to swap with JDM parts and make the cosmetic change than import a Nissan Skyline 350GT and pay to make the necessary spec changes to satisfy USDOT regs.

i agree with the both of you on the whole debadging thing. it doesnt make sense to rebadge it to SKYLINE even though it is a nissan rebadged to infiniti. its one of those preference things, but i personally would not rebadge it to say skyline, unless i added nissan emblems all over the car and changed it to LHD.

You mean to say you currently have a RHD?
