There have been a lot of individuals posting and calling regarding their concerns with CHADD here at Riverside Infiniti. I just wanted to make it official to calm any rumors now....
CHADD is no longer with the company for reasons I cannot / will not discuss. I have officially taken over the Internet and Performance portion of our parts department. We have a new employee who is a familiar face in the scene, I'll make an announcement on that next week.

Consequently, Since for the time being I'm playing catch up with all of CHADD's old orders that he was handling, including Paypal and Ebay, I will be offering low employee pricing on much of what we have to offer, until I can get everything back in order.
As for any Paypal or Ebay transactions, please bear with us as we are taking care of everything and trying to do so in a timely manner. All Paypal and Ebay issues will be addressed shortly, and hopefully taken care of quickly. It's hard to backtrack into these orders and find what CHADD has or has not completed in regards to these orders. So no worries, we are getting to it
Also, with all of these changes, and with our new employee coming on board, we are all very excited with the direction we are going. The new person who is joining us is very knowledgeable with the entire Nissan and Infiniti line, their addition to our team will really make Riverside Infiniti an even more capable shop for you all.

I called twice this week and left messages and no response.
I have been waiting a 2 month if not longer for a replacement ballast on a set of 06 headlights I ordered.
One ballast had a cracked connector because of the way it was packaged and I have been waiting since then for it.
Hit me up and let me know what is up.
I know it's hectic times for you but damn I'm going on 2 months already.
My contact number starts with 646 just in case

hmmm, chad was a good guy for hook ups! Wasnt he just back here a few days ago? Did all this happen here with in the last few days?

Yes, i'm planning on being able to give very similar pricing on a lot of product.
HOWEVER as of right now, any group buy pricing CHADD was giving will have to be considered on a per item basis, there were some things CHADD was selling lower than what he was supposed to, which was one of the issues that I was brought in to correct. BUT as soon as things settle in, I will have a discussion with my manager about certain group buy product that I know alot of you are looking for.
But right now as i stated, I am pretty much giving employee pricing on most parts.
