My seats are starting to squeak like a pig when i go over a bump or whenever i move in it, also there is a side of the drivers seat that is starting to rip, does warranty cover this? does anyone know? this might be considered lack of workmanship quality, or does it fall under wear and tear?

 

Well, I had my seat looked at for the creaking noise. They tried 3 times and can't fix it. It's a design flaw. However, if you dealer is nice enough, tell them to look at it and have them fix it. What they did with mine is they tried to fix it 3 times and on the 4th, they replaced the entire seat. So, hopefully they will do the same for yours. Just don't mentioned it's a design flaw and let them do their thing(s) and maybe after so many attempts, they will replace it.
