Turn off bluetooth while in car ?

There are times when I don't want my phone to connect to my car.
Is there a way to turn off my system manually when my phone is on ?
Thanks

First of all, I found out how to disable my phone in the car.
I have to go to phone settings and turn off bluetooth - pretty simple.

Bluetooth is an option with the high end package which I got on my '06 sedan.
You have to program your phone to the car, and then it's simple.
Mine works quite well.

I'm not sure what you mean. But if you don't want bluetooth to activate, just turn off bluetooth on your phone.
If you do not connect bluetooth on your car, turn your car on, say "setup" then delete the pairing from your phone to your car.
Hope this helps.

yep. if you want to temporarily disable bt, just switch "visibility" on your phone to 'off,' or just turn bt off on your phone altogether. after your phonecall, turn it back on.

if you want to permanently disable bt connection between your phone and the car, just delete the phone from your bt menu of the car.
