would you let a good service center do your general maintance or would you go to a nissan dealer? my next option would be to head over to the infiniti dealer but the other two options are closer to me. let me know!

depends... Most of the light maintenance at the dealer is done by rookies or unskilled mechanics.
Many mechanics work at dealerships, get trained and go on to independent shops...
One benefit of going to the dealer is that they will back up the work if they screw up.. might be tougher to get an independent to fix a problem they caused..
The dealer will also have the correct specs and special tools... but that still doesnt mean they will do it right..
Doing it yourself is the only way to know it gets done right..

i would let a general service to a majority of the work - until it came to diagnostics / electrical... i'd draw the line there.
