When to change spark plugs?

With todays injection systems, spark plugs will go easily 100K before replacement is necessary. I would avoid any additives to the fuel as my own personal preference.

I threw in dos bottles of that Prestone that Ballis was talkin' about and it def added some pep to my step

Glad it worked for you. The "Complete fuel system cleaner" stuff has the same PEA (polyether amine) as Techron for half the price (Walmart has it for $4.45 or so). No need to make Chevron execs any richer.

Just use 2 bottles of that in a tank every few months and the internals will stay as they should.
