100,000 mile report

Hey everyone,
My 2003 G35 will go over 100,000 miles in the next week so I thought I'd share the report card with you all.

Trim:
Brembo's, 18" wheels, 6-speed, Fully loaded (no nav)

Modifications:
G H-Techs, Tokico D-specs
No engine mods

Report Card

Drivetrain:
Still have original clutch, TO bearing, flywheel, and other major driveline components.
T.O. Bearing is making a lot of noise at this point but still operating fine.

Exterior:
Paint and body components are still aligned and looking great. Still have all original headlight and taillight bulbs.

Interior:
Seats are still suportive and the leather is barely faded. Dashboard and insrument panel look like new. No squeaks or rattles to report - love that! My Mustangs would squeak and creak after 20k miles. (Only complaint is the black-hole between the seats and center console. Something goes down there and it will never be seen again. Probably no way to fix that, though)

Misc:
Only warranty issue was a faulty window switch at ~30k.

Maintenance:
Replaced brakes twice and rotors once. Factory rotors are ridiculously priced so now using Stillen cross-drilled w/ Hawk pads.
Installed NGK plugs at ~ 70K. Getting some detonation lately so need to investigate.
Replaced all belts at ~70k.
Replaced all fluids at ~70k.

In summary the car has been great. I've never had a problem and it runs just as good today as it did in June of 03.
To this day, people still come up to me at gas stations, restaurants, etc., asking me how I like my car. The easiest way to answer is to tell them that I'd but another G35 tomorrow. That's the best compliment I can think of.
Great looks, speed, handling, and ride quality for only $34,000. Not to mention dependability. You just can't beat that!

I'd also like to say thanks to everyone that answers questions and supports this site. Whenever I need something for the G I always check with Driver first.

Thanks... I just got mine at 46xxx so according to your habits.. I'll have to replace the pads soon and rotors..... never. I've planned to sell the car at 68000 miles because I always figured potential customers would be wary of a performance coupe with more miles than that.... like I sold my civic at 97,000 for the same reason. turns out I may be saving ~$500-700 dollars in maintenance too. :]
