Should I fix it before selling?

Well, I think the fun is over, I probably need to sell my G35, as we are having a kid and my car is a coupe.

So, I have this 1-2 feet long scratch on my passanger side panel (not the door, but the body of the car. I can either repaing the whole thing and then sell it, or just sell the car as is?

Thanks.

Get an estimate for the repair, and base that on you selling price...
In other words, if you don't want to repair it, just negotiate it off the price of the car.....If not, have it fixed for the full selling price.

Sometimes fixing a small scratch can be a pain....especially depending on your color car......matching a spot is sometimes more difficult than painting/blending a whole panel.

Good luck with whatever you decide.....

Thanks, I think I'll do that. I'll just knock it off the price, as I really don't have much time to take care of all that.

Hopefuly having the moded xbox on the nav, spacer, intake and k&N air filter, new tires and new mu brakes will count for something

Get an estimate and do NOT get it fixed. Show it to all prospective buyers so that they can see it's only a scratch. If you get it painted and they know there was paintwork done, then they may assume it was more serious than it really was.

great advice, didn't think about that. that's very true, i would wonder if there was an accident too if i saw a re-painted used car.

i sure am going to miss this ride. after all that pain i went to put in the xbox for my nav too...
