Nav Screen Goes Blank

Nav Screen Goes Blank
Three times to the shop for my 2007 G35 Coupe with 200 miles....
When I turn on the car the nav screen goes up and either shows the Infiniti startup screen or remains blank white, sometimes with streaks of black streaming downward in the white screen but no bootup. The 1st trip to Infiniti of Glendale in SoCal they replaced the "control unit". The second trip swapped the DVD disk. The third they had my car for 6 days and didn't have it ready for me when I arrived this morning at 7am and I got another loaner.
I've searched the net and these forums and can't seem to find anything like this happening to anyone else. They were able to reproduce the problem and they are waiting 2 days for the part.
Has anyone had anything similar happen to their DVD Navigation System?

Thats where its been.. at the dealer.
Ugh.. thats where its been.
The service rep made mention that they are aware of this problem and it comes from them installing REFURBISHED Nav units AS NEW units in new cars.
