What's the difference on the wheels?

I am trying to purchase wheels privately. I found 2 different seller, they posted their pictures. It seems are the same wheels, but take a closer look, they are different. These style suppose to be the 18" one. I thought there are just 3 types of oem wheels. 17" 18" and 19".

What are the difference?

I have a coupe 17" trying to get 18". If I bought the 18", is the dealership able to put them on for me and adjust the suspension for me?

Thanks.
