wats goin on, new owner.

new owner of a 05 g35 sedan , picking it up tommorow came to introduce myself. quick question for some of you, i was searching the forums about wheel bearing problems and it seems quite a few of you had problems with that, cutting to the chase, i was took it for a test drive and around 35-40 i felt a vibrating type noise, dealer said it was a bad wheel bearing, is that the most common thing to happen with these vehicles ?
