Steering wheel controls

The radio controls on my steering wheel are not working after the battery was disconnected and reconected. Anyone have an idea what the cause is?

What else did you do besides disconnect/reconnect the battery?

Newb here, just bought the coupe and my controls are not working either. What do you mean by reseting all of the radio stations? Does that help the controls on the steering wheel?

That sounds electrical. Take it in for warranty work

no - what I meant is that the presets are wiped out so I thought maybe he just wasn't able to use the station set function... if you cant power on or off or anything else, then it's not what I mentioned.

Thanks to both of you. I will just take it in and have it looked at under warranty.

Probably a blown fuse. Easy fix thats free since all cars have spare fuses in the fuse box.

Check the manual to figure out which fuse runs the steering wheel controls and check to see if its blown. Whole process should take no more than 10 minutes or just take it into the dealer.

Is it a separate fuse for the Audio controls? The cruise works perfectly.
