i got in a wreck

i got in a wreck yesterday a dog got in my way so i swerved out of the way and i lost control and ended up next to a light poll what i was wondering is do you think from me bending the rear driver axle as the pictures show is that true that the car is considerd being totaled??? [IMG

what im trying to find out is if my insurance is gonna fix this or say the car is tottaled??? what do ya think???

They arent going to total it the arms are bent and wheel might be bent.

You only have suspension, and mabe a little tire/wheel damage.

Try and push them to pay for a new wheel and buy one used on the forums. Its like 1k$ for a wheel at the dealer, can prob pick up one rim for 250$.

Are you having the adjuster come to your house, or going to the bodyshop?

tomrow its goin to the body shop i have the worst luck in the world after i crashed it someone did hit and run on it that same night should i do a different claim or what should i do?

how do ya think my car is gonna look im gonna put a carbon fiber trunk a carbon fiber hood and carbon fiber fenders??????????? is it gonna look ricer?????????

1. Ha, Your car is NOT totaled man. You'd have to have air bags deploy and the cost to repair would have to be more than 50% of what your car is worth for insurance to consider it a "total loss."
2. Yes, do a seperate claim for the hit and run incident.
3. CF hood would be cool, dunno about trunk and fenders; that's a bit extreme.
