After having my car for all of two weeks, I have a 6 inch crack on my windshield and to 1 inch cracks on my passenger side window. Besides being angry and hating rocks on the highway, I need to get them replaced or repaired somehow. My question is since I lease my car, I was wondering if someone can tell me if Infiniti will expect an OEM windshield and window as a replacement? Or will they consider replacement with a non-OEM part excess wear?

I work with autoglass...as far as your side widow goes it is tempered glass which brake into little pieces so your window is not cracked it is scratched...your windshield you will have to check with the lease holder but and aftermarket W/S meets all D.O.T. standards like an O.E.M. it is just thier preference...personally I just have it changed and not even say a thing...GL
