Today when I was driving I went to make a right hand turn and when I turned on my signal it started to blink very rapidly. When I stopped and examined the car, I noticed that nothing on the front Passanger side was working. There is no signal light, no fog light, no high or low beams but the taillights work well.

I checked all the fuses behing the battery and they seem to be good. Do you think it's a relay and if so which one is it.
