New guy, no G yet, few ?'s
Hey everyone...I'm new here. I just recently sold my car, and will be buying a new one when I get back from deployment, which should be in about a year. The G is on the top of the list right now, but I have a few questions.
I have a son so I have a Recaro baby seat. My question is...is there enough room in the back of the coupe to fit this in easily? That is the only thing holding me back from getting the coupe.
Also, what are some good tuner sites? I've tried looking, but I want to know what you all think is the best...I'm mostly concerned with performance and some aesthetics.
And now I know that insurance rates differ for every person, so this is kind of a general question...what are all of you paying per month? I don't want to waste a phone call to talk to my insurance. I am 23 right now, will be 24 when I get back. Fairly clean record(2 speeding tickets within the last 3 years), and no accidents. Now I come from the SRT-4 world so I am used to getting raped insurance wise.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for the help guys.
I'm glad to hear the baby seat will fit...once I put it in there I won't be taking it out, so thats not an issue.
I'm not so much of an SUV guy, but thanks for the suggestion. And I don't have any Infiniti dealerships close to where I live and i certainly won't see any in Iraq .
Once again thanks for the help, I'll be here just browsing and absorbing information until I can get my hands on a G.

im sure a baby seat should fit in the back. if im not mistaken, i think there are instructions on the seat belt telling you how. the annoying thing would be getting your kid in and out though. because the front seats are motorized and kinda slow to move forward and back.
as for insurance, i pay about $99/month for full coverage with a $500 deductable. 26, no tickets with a 04 6mt coupe.

I found out 1 month after I bought my G that my wife was prego. LOL... The first thing I said was..."I guess I have like 9 months to enjoy the car before I have to get rid of it eh?" She said.."No, as long as you can fit a baby seat in the back.. I don't care."
The baby is 1 yr and 3 months old now and in her foward facing seat now. I never take it out once I got it in. It comes out when the baby is able to sit in the seat like normal kids.
It all comes down to making sure that you WANT your G that bad. With the rear facing baby seat, it makes the room for anyone riding in the passenger seat a little cramp.... but hey... long as the driver is comfortable.. ha ha ha who cares!!
GET IT.... you served and now you owe it to yourself.
Good luck!
