Tell me how you drive. That's impressive.

I know how to drive but tell me how you do it.

If you get that out of an OEM one I should get 200k+ on my Centerforce Dual Friction clutch.

68,000 and THREE Raging Bull Runs, and it's still going strong. You just got to know how to drive them.

I dont ride my car hard. Its one thing to give it some gas and drop the clutch, its another to gas it once the clutch is fully engaged. That being said I try to shift to the next gear at 2K RPM. This is also how I have managed 25+ mpg consistantly in this car.

I also shifted at 2k RPMS and sometimes 2.5k.
I think maybe what did my clutch/pressure plate in was that I was driving in 6th gear at 40-45mph and accelerating without downshifting? Do you do that/drive like that?

To tell u the truth I did not think my clutch would last this long, considering how I drive. I will tell u though even when downshifting all the time the engine and tranny rpm always match putting much less stress on the clutch. I have gone through one tranny though.

Bet they changed the clutch when the tranny was replaced. There is no reason not to and every reason to go ahead and do it.

I have an 03 with 25k, obviously still on the OEM clutch, but sometimes it feels like it chatters when it disengages, and I don't beat on the car at all.
