When i unlock my car sometimes the passenger door does not unlock.

I have to press unlock like 20 times before it unlocks.

The Range on my remote sucks.

Could it be the remote ?

I changed the battery it got a little more range. Suggest i buy a new one ?

Another issue i have is when i press unlock the lights outside do not flash.

But the inside lights turn on.

Any ideas anyone ? or what to look for when i take my door panel off for the
locks.

 

My 03 key fob has horrible range too.. For me to unlock both doors I have to click unlock twice quickly... My lights all flash and everything though.

 

How close do you have to be though ?

Cause i without any exaggeration i have to maybe be about 20 feet ? Thats pushing it.

Might be even less.

I wonder if something would it better.

Yeah same here.. Within 20 feet.. If its in a wide open space maybe 25feet... I remember when I first got the G it would reach from far away.. now it cant
