strange noise

when i drive the G at about 45 to 60 there is a really loud noise in the cabin and i let go of the gas the noise is still there? has been going on for awhile now. what could it be?

Roll up the windows?
Turn off the radio?
Don't drive with your GF?

Seriously though, we need to know more about the TYPE and SOUND of the noise.
