Dash Questions???

Hey does anybody know if you can interchange the 03 push button dash into the 05-06 **** style dash ??

if you talking about the A/C Temp control ****... i dont think its been done or can be done...

Do you know why its not able to work?? Would think its. A different harness but nothing more.. Wish me luck on the swap
