I ordered a trunk mat from www.infinitiaccessories.com - a bottle of motor oil opened in the cargo net, leaked out about half a bottle (which the mat safely consumed, without leaking out further).

So, I just got an email from them, saying it'll ship on July 8th - more than a week from now. Have you ever ordered from them, and what are your experiences?

 

why didnt you just order from Mike at Rside or Everythingg35

 

i forgot (never dealt with / it's easier to click click click checkout than to PM people) about mike.

besides, everythingg35 page lacks selection for proper model/year, and is $14 more expensive for the same item than where i ordered from. i can wait a few days.

 

well, here's my experience so far. i got an email from them on july 5th saying that the part came in damaged, and that they are reordering. knowing that i'll be going out of town, and can't wait this long, i asked them to cancel the order. in fact, i asked them 3 times via email - they don't have phone number listed, so i couldn't call them. so far, no answers from them. no charges on my credit cards either, and no other communications form them.

if they do ship something, despite my requests, i'm going to refuse the shipment. and if they charge me, i will file a grievance with american express.

infinitiaccessories.com get a big F- in my book.
