Power door lock not working.

I have an 04 coupe.
Just going to hit 80,000 miles tomorrow.
My latest problem is the driver's side power door lock is not working right.
When you hit the unlock on the fob, or the switch on the door, the passenger side works but no the drivers side.
Has anyone else have this happen?
If so what is the fix?

Thanks

Same problems here with my 2003 coupe. The driver side tends to fail first because it locks/unlocks every time you press on the remote. Not so with the pass. side.
I have ordered a actuator from Autozone and am planning to give it a try. My local dealer quoted me 1.2 hr labor plus $187 part. I understand that the metal cover over the window needs to be removed but I am hoping that the window does not have to come out too. Does anyone know whether the actuator can be done with the window up?

I just had my '04 coupe into the dealership to have this annoying problem fixed. I was out of warranty, but the service dept lady fixed the door actuator, window motor, and some kind of seal in the engine for free. All I had to pay was $10 for the loaner car that I had for 2 days. That doesn't really help you out, but I did see actuators on eBay for $140.

It's funny because the actuator was broken for so long that even now that it's fixed, I've been using the key to open the door old school style. heh.

Has anyone done the repair themselves?
If so any hints to make it go easy.

I took it to the dealership and was told it will be about $475 CDN to have the actuator purchased and installed.
