Question Tranmission issues at low speeds

Guys,
I have searched the threads and internet and can't seem to find anyone with this problem. I have noticed recently that my transmission sort of thuds into gear around 40mph. It doesn't happen all the time (a few times a week) but it is very noticeable when it does happen. I haven't noticed it at any other speeds and it I am usually driving in a normal manner (not gunning it).

I have an 03 5AT transmission with 50k. I got it with 30k on it and there has not been a transmission flush or drain/fill since I have owned it. I plan on doing a drain and fill on my next oil change in hopes that this will resolve the situation but I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced a similar problem and if it is a major issue.

I appreciate any help

I just looked through all of Infinitihelp.com TSB's and didn't see any in regards to my issue.

Any other thoughts??

Thanks I missed these TSB. I read them and it seems like that might be it. I am just hoping this is covered under the powertrain warranty as I am out of my bumper to bumper. Thanks for the find on the TSB! I will update my post once I get done with the dealership.

Thanks
Rich

I have an 06 5AT with 30K on it. If Im going down a desently steep hill slow, while applying brake, my car feels like it goes into neutral and makes a little clinking noise. It only occurs at lower speeds going down hill. Anyone ever have this problem. I just bought it 2 days ago and noticed it yesterday. The car still has factory warranty on it, should I just take it in and have it looked at.
