Useless Card Holder above driver door

I've never used it.. never will and would like to know if anyone has ever replaced it with one of those "oh sh** handles" that are above the other doors.

I planned to do that a couple years ago... never did...

I think someone at that time had done it. It would probably be an impossible search because it was so long ago and I haven’t seen anything about it since.

When I do suede headliner and pillars, I'll probably look into replacing card holder with oh **** handle.

Your "Oh ****" handle should be your steering wheel. Tell me when you're driving and I'll stay off the roads

I used mine a lot when I needed a cardkey for my parking garage at work. Very handy.

That’s what its typically called on the traditional passenger side... it would be more convenient (for me) to have the grab handle on the driver side as an option to position arm - I've never used the card holder - ever... my cards don’t fit in there very well anyway... and even though I may never use the handle, the likelihood is far greater that I'd use it than the useless card holder.

BTW, if you use your steering wheel as an oh **** handle... remind me not to drive next to you.

Exactly...it's just a place to rest my hand is all. My other car has one there and it's more comfortable. Plus if you have someone in the back seat grabbing onto both "oh sh*t handles" while you're taking a turn, you'd have yourself a ghetto rear strut bar.

someone should make a pistol holder replacement. for anti-car jacking...

.. preferably in carbon fiber.

Glock 9mm

.45 Cal available on special request.

unfortunatly it would be mega-illegal here in Canada

I'm a little puzzled - you are mad about something you do not use? How about if you have a high end stereo/HT system and you do not use the majority of the settings - do you get mad? How about all those settings on your computer you do not use - do you get mad? Your cell phone settings? I use the card holder to hold the parking stub when I pay for parking. As I always say -

"You are only as big as the things that bother you"

+1...why would you want it when driving? Even to rest your hand? You shouldn't be "resting" while driving, you should be alert and paying attention.
