seniors look around you at how the majority of our populace drives....scarey!
Sorry about your accident, tell your insurance company what really happned
and how he basically cut you off.

Belt Parkway at night and 60-65 mph?
The Belt is like a rollercoaster for most of its length with tight, often blind, turns and continually crumbling roadway.
Don't tell your insurance company or a cop how fast you were going. I can't think of any part of the Belt where 60 or 65 are legal.
I definately would have had the cops take all the information down to cover my ***. NY is a 'no fault' state. There was an accident and HE left the scene.

[QUOTE=G in NY]He has a sedan its gonna cost him to get those custom parts to fit again =)QUOTE]
Actually I don't think so. I beleive his front end is setup for straight swaps on coupe parts except the fender. So he can buy whatever hood and bumper are made to fit a coupe and it should bolt right up. His fender didn't look damaged.
