Light Leather - how to keep it clean

I have narrowed down the search for an 06 after just not finding a clean enough 05 - mostly hood chips and dirty interior leather

The G35 coupe I am looking at is good now but how could I keep the leather clean?

I have an 05 FX 35 with light colored leather (wheat?) whats the best way to clean its - already dirty?

seems like the drivers side bolster? right where you get in and out is always the first place to show wear too...

thanks!

dont use a magic eraser, they are abrasive. the leather on our cars is coated with a protectant, you want something like lexol ^ above, followed by 303 aerospace protectant.

I use a chamois first to clean, then lexol leather cleaner, then lexol leather conditioner. I talk a lot, but right now my leather looks like shiiit, I been too lazy to clean it.

i would say use the conditioner, but our seats are coated like i said earlier, the conditioner cant penetrate it. thats why its best to use a protectant like 303

magic eraser will clean just about anything white or light in color but if your have any kind of protective coat or layer on it, after a few uses it strips that too.

I used to clean some of my white shoes with it, now im really careful which ones i do clean.

DO NOT USE A MAGIC ERASER. PERIOD. its meant to take crayon off a wall not clean leather, let alone leather which is coated.
