I would tape a bullet on his front window and put an "x" with tape, and write "x" marks the spot B****! lol.. Thats how the KGB does it. lol

honestly i say you call the cops and go from there.

I got locked up for kicken a kids *** that stole my stereo.. I was in high school but the money i had to spend on lawyers wasnt worth the stereo...

Haha oh man that's intense. If you didn't go through the cops, I think doing the X tape over the driver's side of the windshield and messing with the rims is the best idea.

But I still think the best idea is to stay legal and go through the cops.
