03 g35c test drive

im a soon to be g owner!! figured id share my story with you guys,
so im 17 and im paying 14k cash for this car. Ive been waiting and saving up for ever. I found the perfect g and went for the test drive. I switch seats with the owner and im pulling out the the gas station, i did not realize how high the clutch catched so i dump it and ended up running over a snow bank. the snow bank was like 2 weeks old so it was all ice.. ya the guy was not happy so i had to buy it lol..
Im picking it up this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How many miles on the car, options, etc? Did you do any damage to the car when you hit the snowbank because your not obligated to buy the car. Unless you really want it. 14k is cheap for a 6mt; I payed 18k for my 03 a year ago with 35k miles with everything except for nav. including the aero package and lojack. Best of luck with your G
PS:
Make sure your window and power locks are functioning properly or if he has already changed them out. Seriously my doorlocks stoped working a week after I bought It. They lock but they don't unlock and it's a bitch using a key everytime to get in after you spent money on a luxury car.

next time u get into a MT car for the first time, let the clutch out slowly to find the engagement point without touching the gas pedal, instead of dumping it with the first drive.

I prefer the high catch points. When it's low is when i usually end up stalling the vehicle on the first few tries and learning it's catch point.
