Is this a good buy? Twin turbo with PICS

Im in the market for a G35 coup...I would prefer 05-07 but this to me seems like a good buy but Im sure you all have an advise you can give me.

This is the sellers message:

This car is my baby, I have loved every minute I have owned this car. This car runs amazing and has no major problems. Its Ivory pearl with black learther.
Motor has 48k on it. The car has only been under boost for 10k miles at the factory 6psi setting. NEVER ABOVE. Gets around 28mpg. I just replaced the lower control arms, sway bar end links and the front hubs. The car has the sports package on it including the Brembo brakes and I added Powerslot DBA4000 rotors to the front as well. As you can see in the pictures I also added the 2006 G35 headlights to the car. Greddy Twin Turbo Kit, Megan Racing Y-Pipe, Crawford intake manifold, JWT clutch and flywheel, Greddy Front Bumper, Sorona Rear Bumper, Veil Side Side skirts, 20x8.5 and 20x10 TSW Thruxton Wheels, 2" Eibach lowering springs, Panasonic Flip Out head unit, 2 12" infiniti Sub woofers in custom enclosure and much more I'm forgetting I'm sure. I also have most of the stock parts as well that will go along with the car and a box of new Defi electronics including the link controller and a GReddy Turbo Timer.

$19,500 WILL SELL FOR PAY OFF TO THE PENNY!!!

Let me know what you guys think.

the side skirts and rear are kinda ugly. and the tsw's, well, to each their own.

i'd be wary of buying a used boosted car.

That guy lives here locally... I wouldn't buy that car for several reasons.. I asked him once how much he was asking a long time ago and he was after me for months trying to get me to buy it..

I would not buy this car. You are taking a huge risk if you do.

Kind of.. He's posted more pics on the site here locally (www.az350z.com) Paint just wasn't taken care of.. (dull looking, scuffs, rock chips etc, etc.).

I also recall something about that care having body work done although that could be another one of his cars.
