the tanabe springs are actually softer than stock.

searching the forums are probably the best way your gonna get answers.

here is a link to specs of all kinds of springs.

A friend of mine has gf210s and he bounces all over the place.

That doesn't sound right... these are progressive springs so they shouldn't be too bouncy. The ride on Teins (softer springs as well) were fine for my car... Could be the struts.

BTW, I don't see a part number for GF210 for coupes. I see they have them for sedans... that might be the problem right there.

they're either gf210s or nf210s for 350z. cant remember. I'll ask him.

I run teins as well and the ride is great

the gf's are the 350z springs but can be applied to the G... its just a more even drop and a little more agressive thats why i mentioned that... but im sure the spring rate is the not the same as the G version. Im scrapping the springs for now anyway. Anything else i can do that could help me if i go FI in the future? IE-would it be a waste to get a tune with the Cobb along with all these parts? Thanks-

A tune will work great on a stock G already. Since it's a programmable reflash, I don't see anything wrong with getting the Cobb or Osiris now... you'll just have to go through the process of retuning your car every time you change the parts out. You'll be surprised how much power you can lose by just changing out an exhaust without a retune (if you are already tuned)

What kind of FI are you looking at? SC or turbo?
