driver side speakers and SVC

driver side speakers and SVC
Pretty big problem for me as I love car audio.
The left speakers are completely DULLED, almost unhearable until I reach 50-60 mph. Changing the SVC does nothing, currently it is on high.
Even if I balance L5 (left +5 so all sounds go to driver side speakers), I still can only hear a very damp faint muffled sound. If I balance R5 it is bright and vibrant sound.
When I brake hard coming from 60mph the sound once again goes strictly to the passenger side speakers.
Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it? I've tried SVC Off, then the driver side speakers do not kick in at all. I have also tried turning SVC off at 60mph and it still goes off.
