Reminds me of that video where the kid driving the Civic screams out VTEC!!! every time he hits it!

Best line is when he goes! "VTEC! ****, that's fast!"

idk...i always leave it in drive unless I want to go fast.

and when in manual mode i'm shifting at 6500-6700rpm if I don't mess up and redline - it'll be pretty good shift into the next gear.

1st to 2nd gear @ 8mph
2nd to 3rd gear @ 16 mph
3rd to 4th gear @ 25 mph
4th to 5th gear @ 28 mph

no way!
for beginners, i guess just roll down your windows and try to listen to your engine. as soon as it gets a bit loud and shaky, shift!

The best gas mileage you can get JUST LIKE WITH ANY MANUAL CAR would be to shift BETWEEN 2000-3000 rpms. I've gotten up to 30 mpg highway taking it easy.

MM is weak sauce!!! it doesnt matter if its 2k or near redline, its just weak and very annoying!! only thing i use it for is to pass somebody, kick it over and it drops a gear, and thats it!!

Because everyone isnt the same. Some ppl live in Urban Markets like myself where a manual would be some bullsh*t! Try being in Atlanta traffic, EVERYDAY, switching gears, burning up ur clutch.

Now, I don't condone riding in manual mode ALL THE TIME. But it can be fun here and there. Ironically, i feel like the car is faster leaving it in D. The manual mode doesn't switch gears very fast.
