Dont go for springs, just save up and get coilovers if you're planning to get nice wheels with the right width and offset. The advantage of having coilovers is that when you get your wheels, you'll know how much you want to lower it after. Another advantage is you can go as low as you can, of course members on the forums will always say "DUMP IT SOME MORE!!" if you still look like a 4x4.

However, I would put nice rims as a priority first rather than having an aggressive bumper with stockies. The kuruma z bumper looks very weird with a set of stock wheels since it hangs low and sits kinda wide. With the right wheels and the right suspension, it will compliment the bumper.
