05 Double Din Kit

I have a non Bose headunit and wanted to put an OEM double din kit. I know that I need an A/C controller and finisher. But, could I reuse my bracket or do I need to buy a double din bracket also? If there is modifications needed if I want to use my old bracket, is it difficult to do. Thanks.

I think that you can reuse the existing bracket. The OEM stereo is basically a double-din unit itself, it's just the faceplate that's different and custom.

You're correct. You just need new AC controls and the finisher. Just unscrew the bracket from the stock radio.
